Online Auction Terms and Conditions
You must REGISTER TO BID. Registration is simple and easy, just answer a few basic questions and it is FREE. Please note that this is a secure site. All data is encrypted and PCI compliance is in place and up to date. SSL certificates are maintained. If you are the high bidder and win the bid you are responsible for paying for said item at KATX Radio Station, 2010 W Commerce, Eastland, Texas. You can then pay for and collect your items. It’s that simple.
Bid on the items you want. But, be sure before you bid. ALL BIDS ARE FINAL AND BIDS CAN NOT BE RETRACTED!!! Buyers can preview all items prior to bidding at business locations. All lots are sold as is, where is, with all faults, imperfections and errors of description or photos. Due diligence is the responsibility of the bidder/buyer. All sales are final. No credit card charge backs will be allowed. Purchases may be picked up and removed upon receipt of payment in full. No items can be removed from premises unless paid for in full. Buyer assume complete responsibility for care of each purchased item upon payment in full. KATX Radio is not responsible for accidents, thefts, errors or omissions.
WINNING BIDDERS will be notified shortly after the auction. Charges will include all of your winning auctions.
PICK UP of items MUST be made within the time limit and times posted for the auction. Items can be picked up during the normal business hours of KATX Radio and other sponsor businesses unless prior arrangements have been made. Items left on our premises for more than one month will be considered abandoned and the buyer may be charged for disposal.
Disputes will be settled with management at management’s discretion.
PERSONAL AND PROPERTY RISKS. The buyer expressly agrees to indemnify and save KATX Radio, the seller and their assigns harmless from and against all claims, losses, expenses, damage or liability, directly or indirectly caused by or resulting from an act, including negligent acts or omissions of KATX Radio or anyone acting in his/her behalf in connection with or arising out of an auction.
BUYERS, BY BIDDING, you are acknowledging agreement with the above terms and conditions. DO NOT bid unless you agree to all of the above terms and conditions.
